Beyond a Bridesmaid
Looking for all of the above with a little extra? This package includes the basic components as well as on-going reminders, attendance of site visits for ceremony and reception venue by the planner, assistance with and arrangement of vendor appointments, development of seating chart for reception.
A la Carte services include: coordination of farewell from the reception, coordination of overnight accomodations for guests, welcome bags with area information, invitation selection, addressing, assembling, mailing, guest follow-up regarding missing RSVP's, gathering items after the wedding (cake servers, toasting flutes, guestbook), honeymoon arrangements, assistance with favors, and writing place cards.
